Businesses operating a taxicab, pedicab, limousine, or bus within the Town limits of Bar Harbor must be licensed to do so by the Town Council, pursuant to Town Code Chapter 40.
Complete the application, seek written approval from the Police Chief, submit the application with the Police Chief's approval, fee, and certificate of insurance showing limits of liability and vehicle vin numbers that are insured to operate as applicable to the Town Clerk's office. Your application for approval will be place on the next regularly scheduled Town Council agenda.
